Every employee has equal opportunity to propose improvements, for his or her area or another area. This potential sharpens one’s view of the larger situation. The procedure is clearly and explicitly formulated. A key success factor for our Rudolph Logistics Knowledge Treasure Chest is speed. It takes a maximum of 50 working days from the submission of an idea to its evaluation, providing our employees with timely feedback regarding their suggestions.
